確かに痛みはあります！！
でも継続していくうちにどんどん軽減していくんです！それは女性も男性も◎

初回は痛すぎて休憩を挟みながらやっていた方も3、4回目となると携帯ゲームをするくらい余裕がうまれてました♪

但し、間はあけずに行うのが大事です^_^
