キャンセルポリシー

◎当日キャンセル
当日キャンセル、日程変更の場合はキャンセル料として、次回のご来店時に2000円のキャンセル料のお支払いをお願いしております。

◎無断キャンセル
ご予約のお時間から15分経ってもご連絡が取れない場合は無断キャンセルとなります。
無断キャンセルの場合は、ご予約いただいたメニューの100%をURL決済にてお支払いをお願いしております。

ご予約の日程変更、キャンセルがある場合は、ご予約日の前日19時までにご連絡、またはホットペッパーから変更をお願いいたします☆

◎Cancelled on the day
If you cancel on the same day or change the schedule, we will ask you to pay a cancellation fee of 2,000 yen at the time of your next visit.

◎Unauthorized cancellation
If we cannot contact you within 15 minutes of your reservation time, your reservation will be canceled without notice.
In case of cancellation without prior notice, we will ask you to pay 100% of the reserved menu via URL payment.

If you have to change or cancel your reservation, please contact us by 7:00 pm the day before your reservation, or change it using Hot Pepper☆
