Cancellation Policy
In order to maintain our service and not cause any troubles to other customers, please be sure to not be more than 10 minutes late or cancel your appointment on the same day.
Please note that if you wish to cancel your reservation, contact us by SMS by 19:00 the day before.

●A flat cancellation fee of 2,000 yen will be charged if you change the date or cancel on the day of your appointment.
If you do not show up for more than 15 minutes without notice, you will be charged 100% of the reservation fee.
