Good Skin Starts on the Inside
It's easy to look sharp when you haven't done anything. Unfortunately our skin and hair do not have get that luxury. Both are too busy protecting us from the cold in the winter, the heat in the summer, repairing cuts, bruises, and anything else we may challenge our skin with. We take for granted the hard work our skin puts in for us. We may not feed our selves properly, drink enough water, provide the vitamins and minerals our skin needs to stay strong and vital. It is important to remember that what we put in our bodies is just as important as what we put on our bodies. Pay attention to the signs. Dry, flaky skin needs moisture. Use a water based lotion to hydrate. Dull skin needs vitamins. Taking supplements or eating fruits and vegetables will brighten you up! Our bodies do so much for us, lets return the favor!
